To ensure accessibility of diagnostic imaging, most of our services a bulk-billed, apart from obstetric scans and some interventional procedures.

Billing Information
Private Patients
Full account payment is required on the day of examination. Once your account is settled in full, and if your examination attracts a Medicare rebate, part of your full payment can be lodged electronically by our staff to Medicare. Your rebate will be paid directly into your nominated account (your current bank details need to be registered with Medicare as they no longer issue cheques).
Concession Card Holders
We will bulk bill most services for Commonwealth concession card holders when the referral meets Medicare Benefits Schedule criteria. Please bring your current Medicare and concession cards to your appointment.
If you hold a White DVA card, we can only bill the Department of Veterans’ Affairs for services related to the approved conditions on your card. Please bring your approved conditions letter to your appointment.
Private Health Insurance
Private health insurance only covers imaging performed while you’re an admitted hospital patient.
Types of payment
Payments can be made by EFTPOS and credit card only. We do not accept AMEX payments.
